The company has gone out of their way, literally, traveling 2.5 hours 3 times to get us set up at our tiny cabin rental park for satellite tv. Everyone was nice, clear, and prompt. Loved working with them. I definitely recommend.

This company used to have great customer service. I could email the owner directly and get a responce to my quesrion about my service problems i was having at the time. Now when u have a problem there is no responce and all they do is blame your equipment for there slow speeds and connection issuse. Its a shame its come to this. My speed's that i pay for are half or less then the speed i should get. And there service is pricey for the speeds u get but the customer service i used to get kept me around.
As of now I’m not pleased with this service. Had it installed on 11/12/2020 and today on 11/13/2020 it is not working. Tried calling and call went directly to a voicemail that has “not been set up”...
We pay for high speed (25mbps download speed) internet through this provider & while being directly wired to the router we have not seen our speeds get over 9mbps *in two years*. Simple things like checking social media are next to impossible, let alone school/gaming. When you call for technical support they will tell you they’re going to check their system and then do nothing for you. (Or they will just not answer the phone) Do yourself a favor and look for other providers before subjecting yourself to the misery that is doing business with these people .
