Barnwood studio was recommended to us by our contractor.. We had them make a bar top for us. When they installed it, it had bubbles on the top where the epoxy had not dried yet. They said give a few days it may go down. That was December 2016. He came out and said he'd fix it. Usually we'd have to call him (not always) to see if he was coming. We have had every excuse given to us by the owner. He would tell us he had ordered a special tool and was waiting on it being delivered. When that was delayed it was the weathers fault that it hadn't come yet. My husband has had so much patience with the owner, we have given him every chance to come and fix it. It is May 2017 and still nothing. We haven't heard from him in a couple of months. The piece is beautiful but the follow up is terrible. It needs to be sanded down and the epoxy needs to be reapplied. We paid A LOT of money for this piece. When our contractor friend found out about this he realized it was the father he use to deal with. The son now has taken over the business. I do not recommend this business. Promises the world to you and doesn't follow thru!
They made an awesome beam for our master bedroom. Great prices....highly recommend!
