Don’t bother with this location, their employees are poorly trained and ill mannered. I went in to look for items to make sure if they had it on stock as I went to Customer Service. I even made it easier had the ISBN numbers ready so they won’t have a hard time looking for them in their computers. Because for some reason, none of the items will appear on their website, but only on their computers. But this employee wasn’t willing to help out as he got frustrated when I gave him multiple ISBN numbers, out right saying “We’re not getting them in. You don’t need to come in, you can just buy it online” And I said “I know, plus you can’t use Membership online of the 10% discount, only the free shipping” and he still keeps on repeating the same thing over again and said “Well you can just look for them on Amazon” who the heck says that someone?? I just wanted to look for items if they had it in stock...Horrible Customer Service...Management wasn’t helpful either. Go to the one near the McAllen convention center. At least there, they have patience and sympathy for their customers.

I love this place, it's always pretty organized. The restrooms are closed sometimes and usually pretty dirty but it's not too big a deal to me. The Starbucks employees are very kind and fast. They've got a great anime merch/manga section! Great place to just hang out and shop around.
