The level of help available is a bit inconsistent, ranging from very good to minimal. But this time I brought back a part I bougbt from them. It replaced a part I used for 12 years. It failed in 5 minutes of use. It is clearly lighter and thinner than the original. Does NOT look like a John Deere part. They would only give me 5% off. O might as well buy online.

I went in and meet Ben just a few minutes before there closing time and told him if I was to late I could come back and he said it’s ok. He stayed late so we could do the paperwork to buy a Z345R zero turn. I went to pick it up today which is a Saturday and Ben had told me he would be off today but someone would help me load it. Low and behold, Ben came in on his off day to help me. I brought the mower home and unloaded it and immediately started cutting my lawn. I am able to cut my grass in half the time as before and this zero turn John Deere is great. There is a learning curve to use it but I’m hooked on zero turn now. Thanks so much Ben.
