My better half and I had purchased new iPhones at the Griffin Verizon store. We were told not to turn the phones on until we were ready to set them up, but that they were ready to go, and activated. Long story short they were anything but ready. We could not get them to work so instead of driving the 18 miles back to the Griffin store we opted to seek help at the Verizon store in town. I wish we had went with them from the start. Kenny, the guy on duty there went above and beyond to fix the corporate Verizon stores mess with our phones when he could have just as easily sent us back to griffin. The world needs more Kenny’s. Thank you so much for all you did!
Andre...a scholar and a gentleman, went above and beyond the call of duty, to help me be able to pick up my phone from the GoWirelees store. I had ordered the phone online, and arranged for me too be able to pickup the phone there. FedEx has a hard time finding my house...lol. He worked hard to be able to hand over my new phone to me, working with Verizon Corporate. He was completely professional and did everything within his power to turn the phone over to me. Thank you Andre! You are definitely an asset to the company!
