My experience was nothing less than stellar. I found everyone- Pam at the front desk, Missy the vet tech, and Dr. Ware, to be kind, patient, genuinely invested in my dog's wellbeing, accommodating, understanding, and compassionate. I'm so thankful to have found this awesome practice. Thank you all for helping to make the experience as stress-free as possible for my dog-reactive dog. Y'ALL ROCK!

My lil doggo Oliver was in fabulous hands at Barnstable Animal Hospital. He emerged from having three teeth removed calm, clearly liking staff and wagging his little tail. This veterinary clinic is well presented with thoughtful staff and I never felt rushed in time with them. Oliver has little personality quirks as a rescue and staff was amazing in only picking him up the way he is comfortable with etc. I transferred over from another local vet clinic and I’m so glad I did. Can’t recommend them enough as they clearly love my doggo as much as I do.

We have been going to this clinic for years. My vet used to be Dr. Jolly. The caring attitude toward the patients left along with the prior vet. The front desk has no empathy for the people calling. If you are upset about your pet being ill, they send a message to the vets that you yelled at the staff. The vets punish you by not returning the phone call. My 10 year old dog had a seizure last night. We called and spoke to Pam. She sent the vet a message that we yelled at her (we were crying), so the vet did not return our call. Dr. Ware called today and hung up on us (stating that we yelled). They do not care about the lives of their patients. Find another vet before going here!!!!

If you disagree with them, they put in your chart that you yelled at them. I was speaking quietly with the doctor when she said \you're yelling at me now.\ That was all the proof I needed that Dr. Ware is not quite right. I told her that if she thought I was yelling, then she has a problem. I have never been to a vet who cares so little about your animals. I am taking my animals somewhere where the people care and can act professionally.

Feel so lucky to have found such a warm and caring place to take care of my senior gal.
