Came in to see about having two recessed lighting eyelid fixtures replaced and was treated rather dismissively. I get that my request was kind of niche and small scale but I figured a small business could give me 10 minutes of their time. Not sure if I would come back here if I needed a nice lamp or was redoing other light fixtures in my home.
