We had an issue with our water softener and called Johnson. They had me scheduled for later in the week but had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in earlier. The tech was friendly, explained what was wrong in plain English, and worked quickly. The repair was very reasonably priced. Thank you!!!

I called Jen today with an issue related to my water heater because I was desperate for someone to help me solve my sulphur smell coming from the faucets. Jen was not only kind, but very informative, and a pleasure to talk to. We have Johnson Water Conditioning for our system, but you better believe we will be calling Jen again for any of our needs.
Austin was professional, on time and knowledgeable. I would have preferred that he wore a mask and booties. Otherwise no complaints
