I use Barrister in my capacity as a legal assistant and I must say, they are the best process servers with whom I've ever had the opportunity to work. The whole team is very responsive. I receive updates regularly on every assignment I send to them via email, and if necessary via telephone. The follow-through is excellent. When I request service in complicated matters, I am never let down by the process servers assigned to my projects, who follow through quickly, and who ask any questions necessary. They are also a persistent bunch and are able to effect service even in matters of the utmost sensitivity. When I request rush service, I am updated quickly and am always satisfied with the outcome of my requests. The affidavits of service which are generated by Barrister are professional and specific, and provided to me in hard copy and electronically. Of note, if you prefer your process server to file the affidavits directly, that is an option. I also appreciate the fact that I am kept up to date via email, and don't have to check my dashboard all the time (though I also appreciate having a login and dashboard where I can see all my current and past projects, etc.). I love that when a project is totally complete, I get an email that has links to all the documents I might need. On top of that, everyone has a wonderful sense of humor and a friendly demeanor and disposition. I would and do recommend Barrister to everyone I work with in the legal community.
