If I could give a zero star, I would. I do NOT recommend, Margaret White. I waited WEEKS to be seen, got to my appointment and was told by her that “I don’t look in noses or throats” that I would need to see one of the other two doctors. So I got NO help! Wasted my time, insurance and money to be told I needed to see someone else in the SAME office and that would be another month before I could even get in with them!!! She is worthless being their if she can’t even do what the clinic is for, EARS NOSE AND THROAT. Why would they even hire someone who can’t even do the job... do not waste your time.

have UMR ins. through my wife, my PCP is the VA, tried calling to get an appointment for a collapsed eustachian tube, said I had to get referral from my PCP tried explaining it would take up to 8 weeks to see my VA Dr then get a letter, said did not matter even with UMR ins had to have a referral, not pleased

Can’t get an answer from a real person when calling!! So frustrating!! I understand how busy the nurses are but even a left message on the machine doesn’t get returned! It says use portal to contact doctors or keep in touch. I was never given access to a portal or any information to use one.

Dr Holland and his nurse, Irma, have been so kind and gentle with my little one. They do what they can to make sure he isn't afraid and they take the extra time to make him feel safe. They are also very patient

COMPLETELY WORTHLESS IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS! My son had his tonsils out 4 years ago with Dr. Holland here in Bartlesville. He is now having throat issues with swallowing where he is barely able to eat and is losing weight plus having problems with choking. We tried to make him an appointment and was told that because he hasn't been seen in 3 years that he is considered a new patient and they would not be able to get in for 4 weeks! It doesn't matter to them that he previously had surgery with this SAME office or that he can't even swallow and is choking when he tries to eat. This is a serious issue, he can't swallow and is losing weight, we told them this but they couldn't care less about the emergency situation! We are very disappointed in this staff and lack of concern for an emergency situation! I recommend going to Tulsa now after seeing how little this office cares for it's patients. If you can wait 4 weeks for an appointment then they MIGHT be fine but if they have this little compassion in critical situations, I would think twice about even doing that!
