This place is great not just because it is very inexpensive but it has updated modern equipment lots of machines plenty of room for everybody as well as several massage chairs that are fantastic tanning beds elliptical stair climbers and bikes it is a wonderful place. It is open 24 hours a day and people are very friendly there and you have all ages from people in their twenties to have seen people in their 90s there could say the bulk of the people are 30 to 50 from what I've seen. There are people that are incredibly strong and then they are older people that are just trying to stay away from getting old and keeping just somewhat toned
