Beautiful, clear lake where you can fish and kayak (with a watercraft permit).

Rode the bike trail through here on my way to the Great Western Trail. Nice trail on the East side. The trail on the west goes into a rough single track trail. There were so many people on it it made it very difficult to ride that part. Nice scenery. The fall colors are really popping out.
Deep Quarry Lake is a 40 acre, circular lake. On a windy day it can blow up and it is a deep lake. Nice fishing lake and pleasant to paddle.
Nice park to walk around. There were people fishing and kayaking in the lake. Lots of prairie and a few tall trees.
Great for a hike or run, clean and open. The fishing isn't great though.
