We’ve been coming here since the day they opened to support local. This morning we walked in and ordered our usual cup of chocolate milk and the lady behind the counter rudely said no repeatedly we no longer do that. My suggestion is to stop at Casey’s to grab your milk before you come to this place. Not all children attending day care can walk in with a Glass jug from Shatto. They also had a big jug of chocolate milk already opened on the counter. So clearly she just refused to serve us possibly because the line was starting to get long. I understand the fancy concept but at least offer some plastic jugs or cardboard for the children. After we received our donuts, We ran over to Casey’s gas station to get milk. Usually this place is very nice and friendly I just did not care for the way that she snapped when we asked for our regular routine. It was just odd and I was confused. Again, we are usually greeted with a smile and positive interactions. I just feel this situation wasn’t handled properly with children there who we’re excited for chocolate milk donuts. Enough to make me think twice about going back. I’ve also never once used our stacked up rewards points, as I would rather pay to help support them. We have never complained about a 2.00 cup of milk or what ever it cost. Customers over a forced purchase of huge glass milk jugs. Just my humble opinion. I may have have understood if there was a “I’m sorry, we no longer offer that”, without having open milk on the counter. This could be validated by their camera system too.

Bobbie was amazing! Super nice! I placed an order for letter donuts after the cutoff (my mistake...missed the time). My order wasn’t made and Bobbie called all the stores to find the letters. She had no luck and by the time we got there she was worried that she would get yelled at for my mistake. I assured her that was not the case...I made the mistake and just asked for donuts for a little girls birthday. She gave me a great selection of donuts and it made her morning! Thank you, Bobbie, for your amazing customer service and your help. I appreciate you!
There was only one girl working when I went, her name was Maya and she was the sweetest person ever! There were some customers who were being very rude to her and she handled it very well and was incredibly respectful. Will come again!
Haley Crable makes the best lattes! Amazing donuts and the addition of Sylas and Maddy’s makes it top notch. Always go for Da Bomb! (Sad to see when it’s out of stock)
Super cute coffee & donut shop in Basehor! Roasterie Coffee is a great KC brand. The coffee & donuts were delicious. The prices are what I expect for premium coffee, especially with dairy product alternatives available, not typical in a small town shop. Service is friendly. The shop is clean & simple. It is nice to see a groovy vibe in a small town setting. We recommend the chocolate coffee, made with Christopher Elbow chocolate, another KC local brand.
