This is the second round of work that I have called on Basement Waterproofing Specialists. To say their work and team is anything short of incredible would be an understatement. I had the pleasure of pricing my project with Mark and the actual work completed by Marcus Lang. Having Marcus on site was a pleasure. He not only took time to explain the work, show me the process, him and his team were extremely respectful to my home and showed consideration to the work that was being completed in our finished section of the basement. I pray that I won’t need additional services, but if I do, this is the only company that I will be call. I highly recommend and ask for Marcus!

These specialists showed up on time and finished early, even cleaning up after the work was completed. They installed a sump pump and ran a drain throughout the entire basement. We were very impressed with the professionalism of this company. No wonder they're the most accredited service in the area. We really appreciated the solid hole cover to keep the area safe for the kids.
This company is amazing! They waterproofed our basement, installed a pump and added liner. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They listened when I had questions and were clear and transparent in their responses. They returned to my home when I had a question and were very professional in their response. Wonderful company!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this work! The crew, let by Damian, showed up on time and were outstanding. They kept the job as clean as possible ( yes, there is some dust, but this a construction project!) He explained the entire process before they began and answered any of my questions throughout the day. The crew worked so hard and the final product was amazing! I left some pictures of the interior drain system, sump, and a small drain by our curb that was pooling water after a good rain. We are proud the be a part of the BWS Family and HIGHLY recommend them for any of their services!!
I had been dealing with a leak in my finished basement for quite some time. I thought the leak was coming from outside based on several factors and had done several things to fix the problem, but nothing worked. In October 2020, Lloyd from Basement Waterproofing Specialists came out, examined the issue, and gave me his opinion of what was happening. I had to remove the drywall in the area of the leak, and the leak was exactly where Lloyd suggested it would be. I wish I would have called them sooner. I hired BWS in December 2020 to fix the problem. Their specialist came out and in a couple of hours the job was done. I had some minor dust from the repair but honestly, you would never have known a major repair was completed due to how clean they left the area. To date, no leak which makes me very happy! I was very impressed with Basement Waterproofing Specialists' responsiveness, ability to schedule in a timely fashion, competitive pricing, professionalism, cleanliness and follow up.
