I was shocked to see such a low score but they had the motor I wanted took cash stood next to the motor a 3.5 outboard for my tender. I stood there for 35 minutes listening to whomever has the office next to the motors screaming corporate information the entire time she was on the phone, then what look to be the sales people one eating a sandwich one playing on his phone walked by several times staring them down the last time not a glance no wonder they're there the only people with outboards in the area nobody can buy them as a shareholder I will write a letter to corporate. This store is absolutely miserable to enter....

This place is huge. Absolutely huge. It's generally clean and a cookie cutter big box store. The tiny humans (and adult sized humans with child like enthusiasm about life) enjoy the big fish tank in the back of the store.

I've read some of the other reviews and the 1 star ratings posted here and I haven't had any of these issues. Honestly, I've had good experiences with the service department. They've answered all my questions and have done quality work on my boat when I've had to bring it in.

Loved their boat selection, but we were looking at boats for an hour and not one single person talked to us, and the one person in the office closed his blinds.... they apparently don’t wanna make money

Feel free to buy from them is you want the absolute worst customer service around. If you purchase an outboard from them an you get it home only to find out it’s not compatible on your platform, good luck. I had the general manager literally tell me your better off selling it. BTW it never touched the water. If I could give no stars I would.
