Bass United Fire and Security Systems will meet all of your fire and security system needs. Brad Higdon, Owner and President, installed a state of the art fire alarm system for our Co-Operative many years ago. He always gave us the best possible advice and, at times, provided service at all hours, and we certainly appreciated his efforts. His business has certainly grown over the years and he has keep up with today's technology, along with having a very dedicated staff. His company will install systems for residential and commercial buildings and his products are always state of the art. He supplies and maintains systems for the Miami-Dade and Broward County School Districts. If you want five star products and service, then by all means call Brad and you will be happy you did. He has my utmost respect.

Through the years I've been to Bass's building, met many members of their staff, and had many industry discussions with them. Bass United Fire & Security has gone above and beyond on our fire alarm project! We like to think we hold a high standard in our own company, they surpassed our expectations. You call, they're there! Great group of people, starting at the top and across the board to the 80 support team members. Soon we are going to implement a camera system throughout our office and perimeter monitoring for the protection and safety of our employees, guests and neighbors....we will be using bass, for sure!

They charged me 415 to install a 5-cent resistor (yes, that's the actual price of the part!) and have avoided returning calls or responding to in-person visits to the office to discuss the charges. Totally disrespectful of the customer, and dishonest.
