can't give a review of their flooring services as I never got beyond the initial flooring telephone inquiry - the person I spoke to needs a lesson in customer service, he was not really listening to me, was very distracted and not very easy to understand - very poor first impression....led me to just call another company...too bad as I wanted to shop local
