His office does not answer the phone and his mailbox is full. Constantly. We have an urgent need for him to survey property being sold but he won’t respond. He did the initial survey of several plots of land we have, our bill has been paid in full thus far so I don’t understand why he won’t respond for 3 months of trying.

This company has the worst professional service. They have been working on a drainage design for me for over 2 months now and no results. I reached out to the engineer James Garon and he was always busy he would have his receptionist tell me that he would call me back every time i would reach out to them.
Was recently charged 750 for a survey (commercial building). I think this is too much. I called the company to protest and asked for a reduction. They refused which is what I expected. I will not use them again.
