We decided to come here for our anniversary. Nice atmosphere, with friendly and professional staff. Leroy took great care of us for our visit, he was awesome. Menu has many great choices. Our meal was superb from start to finish. 5 stars, will be back with friends.

Loved the pork chops! It was by far the best pork chop I ever had. It had a great caramelized bark on the edges and was seasoned perfectly with pepper and all the juice was locked in. The red wine reduction perfectly compliments the pork and just marries in the best way. The green beans taste super fresh and I love the touch of garlic. I did not care for the mashed potatoes they were stiff boring with lack of flavor or creativity they were merely an ugly filler on the plate. I do have to say for such an upscale restaurant they are truly lacking in the cocktail selection. Please buy some better whiskeys. When I see 160 dollar bottles of wine on the menu and ask what whiskey you have and yous say Jack Daniels and Jim Beam it screams so cheap! I ordered and old fashioned with the TX bourbon which was not good. Also, please do not use maraschino cherries in your drinks opt for the more upscale cherries. Coppershot is literally down the road from your establishment and make very good cocktails. Please collaborate with them and update your cocktail menu. With a 200 dollar bill I would expect everything to be perfect.

Very charming atmosphere. Food was great. It is a higher price than I am used to paying when I go out, but I feel I got what I paid for. Steak was great and so was the service. Effortlessly cut with a butter knife. My date enjoyed her meal also. I will definitely go back.

This was our first time here. Wow, what a great impression. We went for happy hour, 1/2 priced martinis. Drinks we're great, food was awesome. Our server Sara was spectacular. We had steak, ready to go back and try the fish.

The ambience was great and our server was kind. The food, on the other hand, lacked flavor and was covered in a gelatinous creamy mush “Oscar Topping”. The lobster bisque had an inadequate amount of lobster and was like eating orange colored heavy whipping cream with little to no seasoning. We ordered the most expensive red wine on the menu and we weren’t even offered a taste prior to pouring. It was also served warmer than room temperature. Luckily for them, Bastrop, TX doesn’t offer much competition for this busy restaurant. Wishing them well in 2021.
