I rarely leave a bad review but I don’t want anyone else to get burned. I have had my lawn tractor serviced twice with them. Unfortunately I will no longer use them. The first time the service was OK but it took over three weeks to get done. Pricing was reasonable then. I let the delay slide since I figured it was the busy time. The latest repair was done slightly faster but I. only requested minor repair and maintenance. A flat rear tire and front tire, and oil change/lube and clean up. I was charged over 750.00 for this and to replace a spindle! It also came back with a low tire and the rear tire still leaks . I did some research and the total cost should have been no more than 500. I was shocked! I believe they should have called me first; had they done that I would’ve skipped the cleaning and maintenance and do that myself. But maybe that’s why they didn’t. I called and left a message- no call back. I sent a letter describing issue with example of standard pricing- no response. No adjustment to bill but they did tack on a 10 monthly late charge.

My wife and I went to the Batavia location because my chainsaw was continually throwing chains. We went to the parts department to get new chains and was immediately greeted by Jimmie. Jimmie was able to diagnose the problem and fix my chainsaw in about 20 minutes. He went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience and saved me time and money. I will be going directly to Jimmie with any questions or concerns regarding my equipment! Thanks Jimmie and Baxla Tractor for a 5 star experience!
