Had an excellent experience from start to finish with Concepts. Jennifer Retail Manager was very considerate to answering my endless questions and the granite I picked out was in great shape when it made it down for install. The two installers Rocky and Chris came down on a dreadful snow day and were very knowledgeable and professional in the install. They are a great team and if you use Concepts I would ask for them if possible. Finally the price quoted was more than competitive and hard to beat.

Our experience with Concepts began as a very good experience. Haley is extremely experienced, easy to work with and genuinely wants to make customers satisfied. We were pleased to be able to see large slabs of granite and pick out our design and parts of the slab we wanted. Initially Steve came to our home , measured , feeling professional and again pleased with the experience. Our granite was installed , beautiful THEN we woke up the next morning with the granite cracked in 6 places. They reinstalled another slab of granite this time breaking off an corner! In the third installation the granite was successful but in the process of pushing the refrigerator out of their way they created groves and scratches over at least a 2 ft area of brand new hardwood . At that point the good service ended. It took several phone calls until the owner reviewed the damage and said we would hear from their insurance company. Several phone calls and now a few months and no response from anyone. We wanted to give our money to small family business vs big box stores but it didn't work out so well.
