We drove about an hour and a half just to have Grandma's Pizza it was well worth the trip!
Called several times this evening and as soon as they answer they put you on hold and never come back. One of the times I was hung on. Called Batavia location ordered and ready in 35 mins and was hot and good. This is not the first bad experience here either as they often get the order wrong, cold food and if you order a 2 liter you only got a 50/50 chance of getting it. Save time and money order from Batavia.
Ordered 37 worth of food nothing edible. Shrimp and nuggets overcooked. Steak hoagie like a hockey puck. Called and put on hold 10 minutes then line busy. Contacted main office no reply. Avoid this place as worst food and service deserves less than a zero
I meet with friends this place many times a year! This is the best place to have a bite. I visit this spot many times. The food is very good, the workers are welcoming and the charge is fair. I enjoy being in this place over a tasty dinner.
