Renting my unit was a seamless experience. The rep at the Batavia, IL location (Susan) was incredibly helpful. I was renting an outside unit on one of the coldest and snowy days of the winter season. Susan took the time to shovel a significant amount of snow that was accumulated in front of my unit prior to my arrival and checked-in with me when I brought my first load furniture to storage. When I came back with a second load she had again taken the time to chisel/shovel away even more ice-packed snow in front of my unit. I very much appreciated her commitment to ensure that my rental experience was very positive even under the extreme weather conditions. A big thanks to Susan.

Went to rent a unit from Metro Self Storage in which I was assisted by a employee named Susan at the Batavia location she was very helpful and pleasant took care of my needs with great professionalism. Great place to do Business with very helpful.
Ron was extremely helpful! Made the process very easy for me to store my car over the winter. 10/10 would recommended!!!
Contacted metro storage facility as I am moving and need some place to store my belongings until I found an apartment. Susan was so helpful in helping me to decide what unit would be available and when I needed it. She called several times just to check to make sure things were going OK and if I had any questions. When I went in to sign the agreement and pay for the unit she was so polite and so helpful. It was a pleasure to do business with Susan.
