Jon and the Molitor DesignBuild team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional, skilled, accommodating, and courteous. It may sound silly, but one of the things that stuck out most was the way they meticulously cleaned up after themselves each day and protected our home during construction. They gutted and remodeled our entire kitchen and it is AMAZING! They built a deck for us too. Top-notch work. These guys really know what they're doing. They may not be the cheapest around, but trust me - they're worth paying extra for because you can trust them to handle the job well (unlike many other contractors I've worked with). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Jon had done a small door install for me in the past and I felt he would do a good job on my living room redo. He installed the new hardwood floor and the wainscoting with Crown moulding. I had an idea what I wanted but no clear picture. With Jon’s help and suggestions, this project came out even better than I had visualized it. From start to finish, Jon and his crew were professional and helpful. He even helped me put some larger pieces of furniture back after the project was complete. I could not recommend Molitor Design more highly. Rest assure when, not if, I have future projects, I will contact Jon again. I attached a couple of before and after pics. It’s a dramatic difference.
Jon did several carpentry jobs in our home- he installed trim, custom shelving and decorative molding. He was on time, he was responsive to texts and emails. He cleaned up when he was done with his job- and it was cleaner than when he got there!! Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding and beautifully done. You can tell he cares about doing his very best and he is just a good guy! If I ever need something done again, I will absolutely call him.

John and his crew are professional and handle all aspects of each stage of the process. John is frequently on site, dealing with our ever-changing vision of what we originally said we wanted and need, and incorporating our ideas into the perfect addition. His attention to detail assured that our addition, from design to construction, fits in with the neighborhood and house. We have also used several of John's subcontractors for additional small jobs throughout our house and have always been happy with the work. Choosing Molitor Design Build will be a wise and satisfying design. We are sure you'll be happy you did!
Highly Recommend. Jon Molitor was professional, thorough, reasonable and over all exceeded our expectations. All craftsman were on time, professional, friendly, worked hard through this heat, and cleaned up work area before they left each day. We are so completely satisfied we have another project we have asked Jon to give us an estimate on.
