My wife and I just installed a new home security system with Bates and we love it. We might have gone a little overboard but totally worth it. We have 5 total cameras monitoring the house counting the doorbell and other cameras positioned around the house as well as your other security system components. We plan to one day put a pool in and wanted to be able to monitor that when we do. Randy Hutchinson hooked us up with a great deal and Blake and Chris did a great job installing everything. We highly recommend them.

The guys showed up on time, great about staying in contact and giving me updates. They encountered several challenges but come up with solutions and did exactly as I requested for the set up. They had me check everything, explained all the details and cleaned up afterwards. Great guys to work with and really appreciated them getting us in ahead of schedule!
Chris and Joe knocked the job out fast and professional. Chris has done alot of work for us and I've never had a bad experience, he is knowledgeable, professional, and a hard worker. Joe appears to be the same and together they make an excellent install team.

Blake and Marcus were great! They ran into some issues but they were persistent and didn’t stop until our alarm was up and running.
