Charisma and kindness goes a long way in the sales industry, unfortunately that was not my experience with Pride Hyundai. The beginning of my contact began on a Saturday with multiple tries with no answer or call back from any department. I finally was able to get someone to answer on Monday. I spoke with two gentlemen there who were less than friendly. Had the men I talked to been nice and helpful, I would have been more willing to stretch my budget especially after a few days of thought. I still haven’t purchased what I’m looking for, and would have reached back out of them to make a deal if it had been a pleasant experience. I’d recommend you going to Memphis if you are looking for a Hyundai.
