I went in there February 10th around 6:08pm I fell and hit my leg really hard on wood. I was in the for about an hour and 45 minutes and no doctor came in my room it was all nurses or Nurse Practitioners but no doctor. They x-rated my ankle/leg but didn't take the time to actually look at the x-rays. They didn't give me anything for the pain. All the gave me was crutches and told me it was a sprain when it doesn't feel like a sprain. I would not recommend this hospital. They rush you out of the hospital.

I wish I could give a higher rating but I asked for Financial Assistance and was treated very poorly. Each time (3) i sent in my amended 20 page response to financial questions i received another request for the same and additional financial documentation. The amount I was asking for help with was under 300. The hospital, on the other hand, received over 50,000 for the procedure I had done. So I would hazard a guess that they wear you down until you rescind your request, which I have done.

My family has been there 4 different times to help treat a family member dealing with Tachycardia and they haven’t helped us at all. We have had to deal with this all on our own at home...they need to better qualify their staff or get new staff entirely!
