After waiting for a month for a local fence company to repair my metal gate I called All Tech and received prompt and professional service. Gate was repaired on site within a few days. Kala was a pleasure to work as she was always honest about scheduling and gave me updates. Highly recommend them!

I lost the remotes to my gate and called All Tech to purchase new remotes. I was initially impressed, as Kala was very personable and got someone out that same day to look at my gate. Unfortunately, it went down from there. I waited days w/o hearing back from anyone. When I followed up, I was informed that the rep who came out was on vacay and took his notes with him. They apologized and said that they would get back to me soon. I wound up having to contact them again, asking for a price and time frame. They apologized (and were very nice, I might add), explaining that they were short handed and were running a bit behind schedule. I got a call that afternoon from Kala w/another gentleman in the background (I don't know his name). They stated that my gate was a European model and finding remotes for it wouldn't be feasible. It would be best to install a new receiver and purchase two remotes to go with it instead. They sent over an estimate, and honestly, the rate for the new receiver and install didn't seem to be unreasonable based upon my research for similar service. My friend suggested that I look online quickly before taking All Tech's word for it and see if there are any remotes available. A 5minute google search lead me to the remote that I need to purchase. The distributor sent me the model # based upon the gate I had and suggested that I order it from Amazon. I received my remotes today (Sunday) via AmazonPrime and spent 50 w/bkup batteries. Moral of the story: They are a friendly bunch, but do your homework!!!
