This unassuming shop has some ofbthe friendliest staff in the business. In an environment where I have to drive 2 hours each way for service then wait, these folks make my bike the priority. Well done.
Would have gave my usual recommendation of 5 stars but two fairing screws missing after service....so deduct one star. But as normal everything else...perfect.

I am from Atlanta. I bought a bike in Katy Texas and needed to get my 600 mile break-in service completed on the way back to Atlanta. I called and let them know I'd be passing through and would need my break-in service done. They went out of their way to make me feel like a local that regularly frequents their shop. Although timing was not an issue, the service department offered to stay after hours if I was running behind schedule!! (A for actual customer service!!) My bike's service was completed in a couple of hours and I was even turned on to a close by restaurant with knowledge of an off menu item (Blackened alligator Po-Boy) that was to die for. Thanks for all of the great conversations with all of the employees I had that day!
