The employees were courteous, professional, helpful, and concise. There was no wait, because there was no one else being waited on, but 15 minutes from when we entered until exiting for a new ID for one person and a new license for another was pleasantly unexpected and a nice experience due to the friendly staff. I will definitely be going here for any of my other DMV needs!

Awful experience. Place is a fly-by-night in a gas station parking lot. Showed up and still had to wait. Finally got inside and they told me they couldn’t help me because a line on a form was wrong. Went two minutes over to the real DMV on Independence Blvd., walked in, and they took care of everything. For all this “convenience” they charge a fee PLUS 3% extra on a credit card.
