Ordered a special edc knife for my niece for her graduation gift from army boot camp. I shopped extensively and decided upon knife depot. Due to the fun of COVID the one I ordered was out of stock. After finally getting ahold of knife deport we were able to change the knife to one they had in stock. Had the laser engrave the knife and while I was at it ordered some oops knives. Everything arrived in time and was excellent. . I am a fan of their services and will definitely order from them again. I highly recommend the oops knives. It is a very pleasant surprise to open the box and find an excellent knife very nice to deal with a small business with friendly people

The first time i ordered from these guys there was situation where the knife i ordered was out of stock , pretty disappointing. However , get this , during the refund process the customer service and follow up was so thorough i go to them first for anything sharp or pointy i need. Fantastic company.. Service reps name was Jenna btw.
