Met Bruce today at LA Brew. He couldn't have been nicer to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly!

My mom and I went in to purchase supplies to make homemade wine. It felt like we had walked into a Good Ole Boys meeting. We were not greeted. One of the guys was helping a customer and didn't even offer a \Someone will be with you in a minute\. My mom and I proceeded to look through what they had, which wasn't much, while waiting to see if they would offer some help. My mom listened in on a conversation that they were having about wine making and that's finally when the employee asked her if she needed something (more so out of irritation than to be helpful). When my mom started to ask a question about the process, that's when the guy, Bruce, told her that he doesn't make wine and therefore had no information to offer her. This was weird, because he was just speaking to another guy, in great detail, about making wine. This situation was very uncomfortable and made us leave immediately after. I'd rather order from Amazon than support a business that does not offer the same customer service to all its potential customers. Also, it looks like one of the reviews may have been posted by one of the owners. When a company would rather lose out on money because of their bigotry, that's when you know you should stay far away.
