My daughter had so much fun, at her 13th birthday party
Prepare to wait a long time. And that’s not just from the Covid policy. Paid 70 dollars to bowl and didn’t get a server until we had 15 min left in the game. I had to ask three to take our order and only the last one came back. Meanwhile you’ll see employees lounging about and talking. Great games - just don’t expect any service.
5 stars because nice game selection, they all worked, and gaming package prices are decent. Better than D&B game selection, at least better than one in New Orleans, but doesn't beat what else D&B's has to offer. Anyway, establishment was clean, which my thing is maintaining cleanly restrooms. Then again, could be because about 10-14 people were there total \u200d️. I mean, it was Thanksgiving, and I didn't want to do traditional sh*t. So, took little ones here and we had a blast!
Fun for all! We were in there deep from preschool to 70yrs old and all left feeling engaged and amused. Had a problem with one of the games. it took the credits but didn't come on. I am used to having problems with customer service agents grilling and tormenting before deciding or not to recompense you but quite notably the staff was very kind accommodating and diligent. Immediately took the card and vanished lol. He returned with the credits restored and as I swiped the next game I saw him and a technician fervently into repairing the machine. All staff I encountered were bubbly and nice. Made my time there worth mention.
