So far my experience here has been great. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. My salesperson Tamara... a total rock star! She has helped me source items found elsewhere and helped me put together rooms that (in my mind) will be magazine-worthy! I look forward to the day I can share pictures of our completed home! I have recommended this place to many friends already. So far the only complaint I have, is that you have to act fast if there is something you like that the warehouse is carrying - they do so much business it's not long before one product can sell out! (stock items)

The floors last about 2 years before they start coming up and separating at seams. The warranty is good for a year. Buyer beware.
