Beautiful place but the service is what fell short! We went in a group for a birthday party and the server got an attitude with a guest because she forgot to bring out one of the meals. She singled our friend out and said,” if you want to have an attitude, I can too” walked out and slammed the door behind her. The food wasn’t good either! We got there for 8pm and didn’t receive our first course u til 10:30, which was a bowl of gumbo that tasted like the bottom of the pot (no one ate it)! Then the manager wouldn’t give us a new server! Lastly, to top it off when it was time to leave we were charged a grat fee for this rude server (Bianca) and my bill alone was 99 even though I didn’t receive the second course! They didn’t keep up with checks, drinks took 30-45 minutes to come out, and people were charged multiple times and for things they didn’t have! Very disappointed! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Incredible place, really. A gem of the city. Have eaten here three times and haven’t been disappointed yet. I will say the wine prices are a bit pricey... (12-25 per glass?!)

A complete package - great bar beverages, a range of excellent entrees (& a range of prices), attentive service and a beautiful venue. We enjoyed a chopped salad, pumpkin poblano bisque (superb) and hamburgers (as good as they come). It was obvious the kitchen has its act together. We were pleased we dined here in the hotel instead of wandering the streets looking for a place to eat. While the restaurant offers old school dining, it features modern technology. The menu is on an Ipad showing pictures of most menu items and providing detailed information about ingredients.

Absolutely amazing!! The service is incredible and the food is delicious...and it’s so reasonably priced. I made reservations for a friend’s birthday and felt so taken care of. Not to mention, it’s a beautiful historic location. Locals and tourists will love it!

To say that this is such a beautiful restaurant I was VERY UPSET with the service. I was invited to eat at this restaurant for my friends birthday and the service I received was terrible. The server had an attitude and was giving the wrong orders to the party. Then the server began to argue with my friends over something that she messed up. The restaurant told us that we couldn’t have a new server. It was just such an inconvenience to my friend to have her birthday ruined at a restaurant she picked to celebrate her special day. The Gregory should get better service and have at least better customer service.
