Their racial bias shows. They are very unprofessional and this review is not about an isolated incident. The blatant disrespect towards minorities has made me stop doing business with them altogether as of yesterday. When I was called a liar and hung up on.

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with any company. They got my order totally screwed up again but act like I called to get something free from them. I see if this is the first , second or third time I have had problems with my order, NO its always something. I ordered caps last year sometimes and still have not received them yet. This time takes the cake. Received the order Wednesday. Call them Thursday to explain the mix up. They said they would fix the problem. The printed shirts need to be shipped Thursday to arrive to customers Friday. Since they said they would send missing shirts. I waited to ship Friday. Never heard heard from Wholesale Printable. Had to end driving to find shirts and then had to drive 5 Hours to deliver the shirts. Still have not heard from Wholesale Printables. Call them Monday afternoon to speak to someone about what had happened. They said ohhwhat the problem again.....

I have been doing business with them for over 4 years but today that ended. Customer service has went down tremendously. I was charged for an order that was incorrect. Once the mistake was noticed, the girl who helped me was not trying to help solve the problem at all. On top of that it was their fault because their system is down. A refund could not even be issued and she had a very nasty attitude. Will definitely take my money else where because these new workers need help with customer service.
