Sent 24,462.50 December 2019 for a new laser engraver....Haven't seen the laser. Have requested a refund in November 2020 and since then no response to phone calls or emails. This company should not be allowed to solicit business anymore and should be shut down. Various government agencies have been informed of the situation. Looks like others have been scammed out of their hard earned money.

How can you take money from people and not send them the machine they order? Over and over and still get away with it? I bought a machine from you. Paid in full. Machine has never been delivered. Guy you are a Crook. Legal action to follow!
Bought a machine from Guy. Paid in full for it. Machine never arrived. Been 2 years. Keeps telling me its coming.
Unfortunately the 1-star reviews are very real. Research them on the Better Business Bureau. We are a startup in NY who put a deposit down for a machine with Guy Barone at Xenetech Global Inc. The machine arrived 4 weeks late and did not work. A technician was here for 2 full days to fix the machine but could not. Guy then agreed to refund our deposit of over 11,000 dollars but did not. This has been going on for months and we have now had to involve attorneys. Please let us know if you have had a similar experience as other companies have reached out to us with the same story. Do not recommend working with this company in any capacity.
All theone star reviews are all suspiciously worded the same anyone else notice ? Anyway I have owned a XENTECH 13x25 40watt laser since 2007 not one issue from the machine that was its fault (operator error on problems i had lol) Always been very very helpful when i have had to re register software. Even had a issue between imperial and metric conversions they wrote a software patch just for my issue Incredible support. I don't understand the bad reviews unless its a competitor ?..
