I ordered 2 watch batteries on line to be picked up in store. Got my email that my order was ready for pickup in about 10 min. walked into the store and was greeted promptly by a friendly clerk. At first we had a little problem communicating with each other. We both were wearing masks do to coved, Once the guy running the heat gun directly behind the clerk I was working with behind the counter we communicated just fine. He got my order and looked up a price on another item I was interested in. and I was on my way. You would think the repair shop would not be right behind the counter that they greet customers.

Alex was super helpful and friendly . He pulled out a cart for us that had every tool and supply you need to change a car battery if you want to do it yourself. (They offer free installation ) I ordered my battery online which had a 20% discount and was ready for in store pick up in less than 2 hours. We were in and out within 15 mins. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus Bulbs for any of you car batteries needs.

They were professional all the way! I made an appt online, and before I had to drive over for nothing, they called me to say to wait, they had to order my battery. Then when it came in, they called me back. I didn't have to follow up or anything. Really happy about the whole process and that they didn't drop the ball. Appreciate it, I will be back!!

Got my car battery from Batteries Plus last year(May2019). The battery went bad this month(Dec 2020). They checked it. Replaced it(still under warranty) with a new one, no hassle. All under 30 mins. Note: if, of course, your specific battery is in stock. Customer service is good as well.
