Beautiful golf course lovely banquet room nice bathrooms there was a bar with the bartender I had a really nice time

We’ve always loved Riverside and when it was a private course we were members. We use to love the fact that you could just go when you have time, without making a tee time. Today, Labor Day 2020 we went to golf and the old curmudgeon working the desk acted like he didn’t want anyone to golf. He rolled his eyes and was upset that we didn’t make a tee time. Mind you we usually do but not always. He acted in a way that seemed to be that he didn’t want to be there, and that we were an annoyance to him. Needless to say, isn’t that why he has a job??? If I were management at Riverside, I definitely would find someone that wants people to golf, that encourages it even if you don’t have a tee time. This is not the first experience that we’ve had with this guy but it might be the last. Customer service has gone down hill in years past but this guy is the worst!!
