Both Kevin and Nick in the Service Dept. went above and beyond in treating me as a valued customer and explaining to me what needed to be done to my car. This was my first time at Battles Nissan and I will be taking my car back to them for hopefully many more years to come. It was the best experience I've ever had taking my car to a Dealership. We leased a 2019 Nissan Armada last week from Battles Nissan in Bourne and I have to say, after purchasing many vehicles over many years, it was by far the best car-buying experience we have ever had! Our sales professional, Mike Mele went above and beyond what any other salesperson would have done. His knowledge of the Armada and the Nissan brand was remarkable. Mike was able to relate the vehicle’s features and benefits, in laymen’s terms of course, to meet our needs. He was fair and straight forward with all the numbers right from the beginning... Mike and his managers, Brian and Matt, were not pushy or made us feel pressured in any way. We had a very pleasant, courteous and actually, a very speedy experience. It was a nice surprise to obtain what we desired without the headache... I highly recommend Battles Nissan. Most importantly, call ahead and ask Matt Mele. He’s not your average car sales guy!

my wife and I bought a car from there recently. The salesman, Noah, was extremely helpful and we felt the dealership wanted to work with us to make a fair deal, rather than pressure us into anything. When it came time to fill out all the paperwork we worked with James, who explained everything thoroughly and answered any questioned we had.
