The team at Baum Chevrolet-Buick in Farmer City and Clinton are absolutely top notch! We began test driving cars at multiple dealerships in Champaign, Bloomington, and Monticello. We, hands down, received the best service at Baum! Chase Stephenson was attentive, patient, and went above and beyond to find the right car for us. He took time to explain all the features in each car I was interested in but was never pushy. Dee Henderson was in charge of closing our deal and getting the paper work signed and was absolutely wonderful to work with. Rick, the finance guy, was knowledgeable and personable and made the tedious financial part of the transaction less tedious. We will most definitely be referring our friends and family to Baum! Thank you for a great car buying experience!

I bought a used car from Baum. It had very few original miles. I was told that it had limited warranty by my sales person. When I signed my loan, was tlld by loan officer that it did not. Got it home and discovered that it had a broken tail light. Called my sales person only to discover he knew about it and sold it that way! Bought a 2019 from Sullivan Chevy in Champaign. Won't do business here again
