They close at 11:30a even though everything online says 12 Noon. It’s not the same landfill as it used to be since Republic took over. Saline County needs to take this landfill back over. Terrible service and yard waste is no longer free.
Do not work here they don’t care about employees or anything. I have never worked at a company that is so unorganized. I would not recommend anyone work here
Went to drop off recycling. The roll off for newspapers was gone but otherwise fine.
My business had to close due to the covid-19 pandemic, so we have no income at all. I called to cancel my residential service. The lady I talked to was one of the nicest people. She was very understanding and closed my services. She let me know that service would continue to the end of April, they would pick up the container May 5, and that I would be receiving an invoice for the month of April. She also waived the container pickup fee. I had already turned off auto pay. All good, until Republic Services autodrafted my bank account for the entire quarter. When I called to check on it, I was told my account had not been closed but they could take care of that for me right then. The lady I talked to today was super nice as well. As far as the charge, I was told I have to wait until the end of April when the service is actually stopped, then call back to request a refund, otherwise it will sit on my closed account as a credit. So I have to wait 3 more weeks at a time when I have zero income to get a refund for a charge that shouldn't have happened. Then they'll mail me a check. Thanks for turning a stressful time into even more stress!
