Problem with my water softener. Technician (Blake) was super. Very informative and showed me step by step what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him to others and will request him in the future.

I paid Rob his 100 “diagnostic fee” and sent him on his way after he was here for 5 minutes and told me the control board would cost me 1000. After looking into this with a little research, I discovered they are 150-250 to replace. This didn’t even guarantee that this was the whole problem because he wasn’t able to “diagnose” without this being replaced! I’m never calling this business ever again! Completely crazy!
The best quality water system in our area! The technicians were personable, knowledgeable and professional. The system has been working great for removing our very hard and very rich iron in our water. Highly recommend.
I had them out to look at a system I currently have . They were very professional, on time and explained things in a way I could understand. I will ask my family what they think and go from there.
Rory did an excellent job replacing the flush accumulator on our K5 Kinetico reverse osmosis system. He was very knowledgeable about our Kinetico K5 drinking system and the Kinetico softener that we have. He took the time to answer all of our questions about K K5 drinking system and answered questions about our Kinetico soft water system. Definitely would have Rory come back if that was possible.
