I am so happy that I have gotten to know Patty, the owner of Birgit's Jewelry, on both a personal and professional level. She has a heart of gold and goes that extra mile to make sure that her customers are overly satisfied with the work her company does for them. I recently had a custom job done on two pendants of mine (Alexandrite and Aquamarine) which were absolutely exquisite! I am so disappointed in this place. Have had nothing but issues since my engagement ring. My engagement ring lost a diamond within a couple months of purchasing it. The main stone had a crack in it from when it was being set. They had to send the ring back to manufacturer to have the smaller stone replaced. I gave them a 2nd chance and ordered my fiance's band through them. I also requested a call back on wedding band to match my engagement ring. I was never called and today .. a week later, I called only to find out the girl had no idea what I was talking about and didnt want to give her boss a call and expected me to wait til Monday for an answer as to whether the ring was ordered or not! If it hadn't been, I wanted a refund. I RECEIVED NO CALL BACK ONCE AGAIN and when I called back, the girl proceeded to tell me that the band that I ordered was discontinued and they were suppose to call me back but never did!! When I mentioned the refund, she said her boss would give me a call! Seriously!!!? A ring that was never ordered and they're questioning my refund and expecting me to wait on the boss who didnt take it upon herself to handle things when employees couldn't!! The girls working their have no idea what they are doing and it seems the owner could care less about her customers. I would steer clear of this place period. Sad because she seems to have let her mothers legacy go.
