Signing up and ordering was fast and easy. The woman I spoke to on the phone clearly explained the options as far as equipment, delivery services and costs. She made it very simple to decide exactly what plan and equipment would meet my needs. It was only a couple of days after ordering that someone was here to set up my new dispenser and deliver my first bottles of water! He was so friendly and efficient and ready to answer any questions I had. Signing up for online payment options was also a breeze! I am so happy with the dispenser, and having crisp, clean, cold water on tap to drink and cook with!! Prior to this, I was always having to make trips to the grocery store to buy cases of bottled water, then lug them up the stairs to my 2nd floor apartment, and take up an entire shelf in my refrigerator to have cold drinking water on hand!! This is SO much more convenient and cost efficient. This has been a great experience. Thank you Culligan Water Service!!
