Just what's needed for winter supplies. I came in for dried fruit. Not disappointed. Also some good sales on seed and ladies clearance.

It's a \popular\ store and a \favorite\ among many locals, but, for the life of me, I can't figure out why. The store is laid out terribly and it always looks like it's a day after a clearance sale. Meaning the shelves are mostly empty and stuff is scattered all over. The only thing worse than missing products is the missing customer service. There's no help whatsoever from anyone on the floor. The only time I go there is when I'm looking for something specific that I don't want to order it online, and reasonably think, they might have it. I've always ended up ordering it because they never have it or it's out of stock. We're talking items like car battery chargers, 5 gal buckets with lids...etc. The last time went the cross merchandising was horrible and the help was worse. I was in the ice fishing area and found a 6 or 7 gal bucket but there was no lid. I asked an employee if they had any, he said he didn't know but I could check over in farming. The other side of the store. He couldn't be bothered to use his walkie talkie. I dropped my stuff and walked out. Just a little effort is all I'm asking. Please, just put a little effort into customer service.

Purchased an underwater camera for fishing that did not work. Had already thrown away the box . Camera worked when unboxed but not at the lake. Tried to return but they said they would not take it back without box even through I had the receipt. How can they justify stealing over 700 from me because I did not keep the box. Never shop there again. Baxter MN.

Great big store but was looking for Carhartt jackets and their quality was very limited otherwise great store all around

It’s always been a dependable place to buy our bird food, sporting goods and hardware supplies. The prices are reasonable. The store is well organized and the people are friendly. I was happily surprised to find Greenies for my Chihuahua so we could skip the trip to the pet store. Thank you for saving us time!
