The 30 trip charge and 92 an hour that includes drive time is super spendy, but I was desperate. The service cost was still exorbitant, but Shane didn't mess around. He was professional and quick. He had to repeatedly go up and down my stairs & he always stepped lively. Not a second was wasted in an attempt to pad my bill. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. If I need a plumber again, I will go with SCR again--but only if it is with Shane.

The team came out and replaced our furnace and it was no easy task! It's a really tight space and I know it was a challenge! They were courteous, friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. Great job SCR!
