DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been working with Doug for over 7 months trying to get my building. I have paid over 7,000 in a deposit and i'm pretty sure its gone. In the beginning he was very responsive, towards the last two months when I started to put pressure on the situation he stopped answering my emails.He shipped me brackets 2 months ago and thats it. I have been waiting for stamped engineered plans for over 2 months and have been told every week that I would have them this week.... nothing. Save your self the disappointment and the stress. Next I will have to seek some sort of legal to see If I can get my money back!

I've built these buildings thru a couple secondary parties, and from the source. If there are any missing parts or pieces, you can expect them to be on the way quickly, 11 out of 13 times, in my experience (sometimes other factors than the dealer weigh in...) If I was looking to buy a building I would go this route.
I have worked with Doug for 11 years and in that time he has been great to work with. Excel Metal Building Systems has designed and delivered over 15 buildings of different sizes. Should a problem arise Doug has always been there to get the issue resolved quickly. Excel's pricing has been competitive with fast delivery. I am currently working with Doug on an additional 6 buildings because of his past track record of standing behind their product and customer service. Should you need a metal building don't hesitate to give him a call you won't be disappointed.
After i ordered my building, signed the paperwork , and gave the deposit I received my building when Doug said it would arrive. The red iron building had no missing parts and went up without delay or problems. My metal building has withstood a F1 tornado and it did not move so I only had to clean the dirt off afterwards. Therefore I am completely satisfied with both Doug and my Excel Metal building. Thanks for the great job, Doug!
This was the first time building my own shop structure. I spent numerous hours researching other site and found Excel Metal Building to be the most economical out there. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. Erecting the red iron on the building was done by myself and my wife. Insulation and skinning the building was sub contracted. I would recommend Excel Metal Building for all of you building needs.
