Delivery driver bemds everything. I just ordered a metal sign 12\ x 9\ and it was practically destroyed by bending it to fit into our mail box. As i understand these items should be delivered to our porch or drop box. I have both!

This has got to be one of the worst post offices I have dealt with and having moved quite a lot in my life that is saying something. If the mail carrier isn't putting my mail in the wrong box they are putting other peoples mail in my box with addresses that are nowhere even close to mine. Oh and bending pictures that are clearly labeled do not bend. I had a package that was arriving and I recieved the alert on my phone that it had been delivered to my front porch. I was suprised as I had been home all day and nobody knocked on my door. I went outside and no package. So my package has gone missing and I dread having to talk to the post office about this since they are always rude and never helpful.

My mail constantly smells like smoke! Mail lady almost burnt my toddler with a cigarette on our front porch...also saw her smoking in postal van.
