BAME Inc, provides a critical service to my business. We provide 24 emergency service to our Access Control Customers. For the past 15 years BAME has been answering those after hour Emergency calls and peak traffic calls with out ever having an issue or complaint from one of my customers. A 100% success rate is not easy to achieve so without any hesitation I would refer this company to anyone that cares about their business and how they are represented! BAME has represented my company with the utmost professionalism, reliability and customer service!

My wife contacted her doctor after hours in order to get her thyroid medicine filled after not done so during business hours. The representative from this after hours answering service laughed at my wife and said I'm not calling your doctor for thyroid medicine and being yelled at. My wife was understandably upset and hung up after speaking her mind towards the lack of respect from the representative of this company. Within 5 minutes of this call my wife received a text from a fake Google voice number, calling her fat and that she is a miserable c u n t. I attempted to call the number only to receive a text saying " hahhahahah " and to go hang myself. After speaking to the doctors office there was a male representative identified who is believed to create this disturbance from this company. I cannot speak for the entire company however its clear they lack professional control over their staff. The fact that they will use a clients personal information to harasse for their own amusement is appalling. We will be seeking legal help for the breach of patient, doctor confidentiality immeadtiley and this will not be the end of this by far.
